Alpha Golf Cart – A Unit of AlphaStar Enterprises

1. Rental Eligibility

Renters must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
A major credit card is required for booking and security deposit.
Renter agrees to use the vehicle only for lawful purposes and within permitted areas.

2. Rental Periods

Rental durations: Daily (24 hrs), Weekly (7 days), or Monthly (30 days).
Late returns may incur additional charges unless pre-approved in writing.
Early returns will not result in refunds, unless explicitly stated.

3. Delivery & Pickup

Standard delivery/pickup fee: $150 flat within approved service areas.
Customer is responsible for being present at both delivery and pickup times.
Any failure to accept delivery or return the cart on time may result in extra charges.

4. Usage Restrictions

Golf carts must not be operated:
- On highways or restricted public roads
- Under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing substances
- By anyone not listed on the rental agreement
No towing, racing, or overloading permitted.
Renter is liable for all traffic or legal violations during the rental period.

5. Insurance & Liability

Alpha Golf Cart does not provide collision or liability insurance. Renter assumes full responsibility.
Renter is fully liable for:
- Any damage, theft, loss, or mechanical abuse to the vehicle
- Third-party damages or injuries
- Repairs not considered “normal wear and tear”
Optional insurance (if available) must be purchased at booking.

6. Damage & Deposit

A security deposit (amount varies by rental type) may be required.
Renter agrees to inspect the cart before use and report pre-existing damage.
Post-rental inspection will determine if any damage fees are applicable.
The deposit may be withheld partially or fully if the cart is returned damaged or in poor condition.

7. Mechanical Issues

In case of malfunction, contact Alpha Golf Cart immediately. Do not attempt repairs.
Refunds or extensions may be granted only if issues are reported and validated by our team.

8. Indemnification

Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AlphaStar Enterprises, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, legal actions, or liabilities arising out of the use of the rented golf cart.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard Bookings:

Cancellations made 48+ hours before delivery: Full refund (minus 3% processing fee).
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours: 50% refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: No refund.

Group / Corporate / Long-Term Rentals:

Require 7 days’ notice for a full refund.
Cancellations with 2–6 days’ notice: 50% refund.
No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours.

Other Notes:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@alphastarenterprises.com.
In the event of severe weather, a rescheduling option may be offered, subject to availability.

Legal Disclaimers

All rentals are subject to availability and management approval.
AlphaStar Enterprises reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or change pricing without prior notice.
These terms are governed under the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and any disputes shall be resolved under its jurisdiction.
